It has been a very busy month at Paper Niche, packing moving and now unpacking plus loads of new products arriving daily has but us a little behind on the kit page.... Little yellow Bicycle's "Generation Z"

Lucky me got to take home the sample package LYB sent the store. Love this new and totally cool line of papers and embellishments. The Paper Niche have ordered in the whole line and it will be in the store as soon as they start shipping. I have also used my new Dymo (with script font) and the Tiny attacher and distressing ink from Tim Holtz. I have another LO in the works but don't think I get to finish it before I head of to Anaheim and CHA <----- YES I'm going =)

Ups...Two weeks since I blogged..not good
I have been very busy making Christmas cards for The Norwegian seaman's church. November 21 & 22 we have a Christmas bazaar, got some over 30 cards made and are planning to double that number... I hope :lol:
I have also done some samples for the store.

Wanted with Creative Imagination and Marah Johnson papers

Determination, also with Creative Imagination and Marah Johnson papers (and stickers) My new favorite sports papers...yummy yummy, love the colors and prints here..I planned this page while looking at the papers in Orlando during the summer CHA. Love the look at Sean's face in this picture, he had hurt his hand, but would not let the coach take him out... ''I can do'' it he said, ''Just let me out there and I will show you I can'' and he did

Here I also used tons of Crackle accents and Crackle Paint

I also used Creative Imaginations super sealer...LOVE it you can seal your home printed pictures with out it disturbing the print and the colors so that you can play further with the picture. I added Crackle paint to the edges

PaperNiche design kit

The kit at Paper Niche this month is filled with yummy stuff from American craft, Hambly and Maya road and more.

Had a lot of fun playing with all the bright colors and the cute embellishments.

It is basic distressing class making a 2 page boy LO using techniques like inking, tearing, using the paper edge distressing tool and alcohol ink on metal.

Did this page for Sean's room. I used a sketch from Kara Haupt..combining two challenges, this was also my page for ÅD at Express ''Only use cardstock''
ToneF got me hooked on using TTV frames on my pictures :lol: It looks so cool.

I have gotten 3 awards and I promise I will pass the on tomorrow =)

First game

Made as inspiration for the Scrapbook Express DT's monthly challenge
Have a number in your title, different use of a glue product or some kind of glossy accent, no bling and do something to the edges of the LO.
Head on over and play girls, there is a nice RAK for the winner and the DT will scraplift the winner next month.

I have used Ranger matte accents, Tape, Glue dots and Crafter's Pick glue. My edges are distressed with the MM edge scraper distressing tool and distressing ink.

My new house... well it is not new, but after a super painting job by Robert Rivera and co it looks like new. Hubby was not to sure about the dark doors, but he's coming around. We also got new outdoor lighting...nice and rustic looking.

YES !!! Baseball season has started. I love to watch my kids have fun on the field with any sport. I can be very loud sometimes. They won their first game but lost the game yesterday by one .

My last favorite has to be something good to eat.. Got to have one of those every week. Today it is ....... mmmmm...... Breyers vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries......... Yupp... My breakfast this morning :lol:

This is my picture

The picture is taken August 10 2007 and is of my son Sean during a football game. It was a very hot morning with a temperature over 95 in the shade. The players could not do more than 10-12 minutes on the field at a time before they had to be pulled of and cooled down.

Last Sunday was the AYFL cheerleading competition at . The girls where awesome and did their routine totally flawless...We still don't quite understand that they placed Excellent and did not get Superior even thou other teams with lower scores did. The placement are still being discussed with the AYFL ..But for us they are Superior. No matter what. They have practised so hard the last 5 months.
Their football team Pasadena Panthers 105's won the AYFL Superbowl championship yesterday..Way To Go guys and Way To Cheer them on girls.

Scrapping The Music... It's My Life !!!

Found this awesome SB challenge blog..and as always I have a hard time skipping a good challenge. The song was "It's my life" Probably should have scrapped me in my room...but it is a mess and it would have been very embarrassing :lol:
So it became a football LO of my son instead.. During football season the players have little time for anything else

Ouch... I have not been updating my blog for a while... We're getting ready for our cruise and and the trip to Norway, cant wait. Big congrats to Sean and Jorge's baseball team. they won their division. I'm so proud of them.
