Zva Creative June DT Blog Hop!

I have so many favorite pieces of bling I could not mention them all, but one of my favorite things about all the clear ones is that they can be colored to match anything. Here I used CRW-07CA-101(small in corner) love how these little pieces just adds the perfect touch and look, and I used CR-07CA-101. I have used Copic markers (G21 andYG61) to color them green.

Here is a layout I made this weekend During a design team workshop at Paper Niche using papers from Kaiser craft, Prima embellishments and of course lots of Bling from ZVA Creative. I used the following style numbers CRB-05CB-103, CRB-06CA-117 and CRB-06CA-103

If you like me sometimes make pages and add pictures later, this is a great way to make sure your bling or pearls don't get ruined when you try to add the picture. Simply leave some of the backing under the bling and remove later when you place the picture

Beautiful Spring

The May kit ''Beautiful Spring'' from Paper Niche is out and ready for sale

It is filled with yummys from Pink Paisley(London Market), Graphic 45(Kraft Reflections), 7 Gypsy, Prima, Zva, K&co, We'r Memory Keepers, American Craft and more

WOW...it is March already and the new kit is ready

Time is just flying way to fast. Later this evening my Mom is arriving from Norway can't wait to spend some time with her, my brother in law, nephew and a friend of them... AND I know there is some yummies in their suitcase for me.Norwegian chocolate and more.......

Here is my full reveal of the Paper Niche March kit..It is full of creative inspiration and I had a great time both putting it together and working with it. I'm still working on a couple of projects. This kit is totally loaded with products from Accu Cut, Crate Papers, Prima, Crafty Secret, Kaiser, Bo Bunny, Graphic45, Zva and more

A new LO and an ATC

The challenge this month at ScrapbookExpress is to do a monochromatic cluster page where art and culture in in center. This is what I did for inspiration. I have used papers from Websters, Thickers, Prima flowers (colored with glimmermist) and lots of Tim Holtz yummy's (Cracklepaint, Distressing ink, filmstrip and stamps)

This ATC is done for a swap hosted by Fairyrocks at Paper passion. Got to use some of my favorite stamps (Tim Holtz and Crafty secrets) and my angel wing punch from McGills, Rock candy crackle paint and tokens from the candybar at The Paper Niche...Fun fun fun =)

Yummy yummy Prima

This week we got in a load of all kinds of yummy Prima products at Paper Niche...Off course I had to take some home last night and....It just so happened that today was my day of with plenty to time to play. The smaller flowers are from Zva, totally gorgeous too...

I used Tim Holtz Rock Candy crackle paint on the chipboard letters(Maya Road) and circle (Technique Tuesday) after inking and stamping them... LOVE the look of this.

On the tag I used stickers from Websters and a nice layer of Rock candy crackle paint again

The leafs under the flowers are "leaf ribbon from MayArt

Not much time for blogging, but have had some nice scrapping time, and a lot of new products to play around with. All the products are from and are available at The Paper Niche

This first page I did as inspiration for the ''Inspiration challenge'' at SBE , I used the new Jenny Bowlin papers and alpha stickers

This page I did as inspiration for the monthly challenge at SBE, using the new Barcelona papers from 7 Gypsies and bunch of different embellishments and stamps.

Here is a list: Papers and ribbon from 7 Gypsies, letters from Basic Grey & Jenny Bowlin, Prima bling and flowers, envelope, tag and chipboard shapes from Maya Road. Hambly overlay, McGibbs wing punch, Stamps from Crafters secrets, alcohol inks, distressing inks and metal embellishments from Tim Holtz, Jenny Bowlin bingo card and ticket

Here I have used papers from Creative Imagination and Bazzill. The shells are covered with Crackle accents and Perfect pearls. The tag and metal starfish is from American Tag Co.

Yesterday was my baby's 10th birthday...Cant believe it is 10 years since we brought this little boundle home. Time just flies way to fast.

I snapped this picture of her at the front porch while she was waiting for her friends to come over for some fun and cake... It was as if the new Webster papers was made for it. I also used one of the new Tim Holtz stamp sets and embellishments from Maya Road, Tattered Angels and Zva.

More meltingpot fun and staying busy =)

New product are arriving everyday at The Paper Niche, it is hard keeping up getting it all in the computer and on the floor. Ranger, MayaRoad, Nikki Sivils, Creative Imagination and loads of more has arrived this week. We are also busy planning ahead for Scrap Pink and some awesome classes. In October we have both Marah Johnson and Nikki Sivils coming to the Paper Niche to teach classes, how awesome is that. Today I had my first day of for a while and got together with my friend Lyn and our melting pots again. Today's medium was Utee..It did not quite end up as we planned, I think we both where a little bummed when we called it a day, but we learned and know what to do different the next time we play.
Here is what I made today. The first two is with stamped images and alcohol ink. The last group is made with Graphic 45 paper and some trinkets

The paper and the postcard is from 7Gypsies. Petaloo flower, metal bling swirl from Prima and vintage treasures from making Memories, the ABC's are cut on my Cricut and Thickers. The ribbon I believe is from Making memories too.

Paper Niche got in 4 of her lines. Did this one from using her Christmas line "North Pole Nights" and a load of stickles, cant wait to play with her Halloween papers later this week =)

Pink Paislee's Mistletoe & Co.

Showing of a little here with a LO using the new Christmas line Mistletoe & Co. from Pink Paislee. Just one of the many new collections coming to The Paper Niche soon. Pink Paislee was so kind and gave us some samples of the papers =)

Fun papers to work with, love the weaved look to them. The Dragonfly I have colored with alcohol inks and then covered with Crackle accents, love how it came out

I like quiet Sundays =)

Had a wonderful quiet Sunday at home, cooked dinner with hubby and got some cleaning and scrapping done
I finished a double page for a class next month and this page that I started at the crop yesterday. The picture is of my brother and me at my grandparents cabin back in 1971. We used to have some great times there.
I finally got to play with my new fillable Ranger pen, used it with TH distressing refill ink.

Time to start counting days for Orlando and CHA...One more week =)

a little update from me =)

Happy 4th of July everyone..To days agenda is BBQ'ing the pool and fireworks =)

We're still having a full house here with my family visiting from Norway..so not too much scrapping and blogging time.

Yesterday we had a awesome time at the Paper Niche's midnight crop, the theme was ''4th of July '' Tammy's husband BBQ'ed some yummy hamburgers for us. I will post some pictures another day.


During the crop I did a mini class ''4th of July'' page (below) I used one of my sketches

One of the products used was Glimmer mist from Tattered Angels..just have to love them.

It is summer time.........

and in just a few more days and we'll be cruising over to Bahamas for a long weekend, and then a day after we come back our visitors from Norway will be here. We will have a full house for a couple of weeks but lots of fun. Both my sisters with husbands and kids are coming. We all have a great time together so we're all really looking forward to this. Hopefully we get less rain and storms these next weeks than we have had in the last 2 week. The weather here has been really nasty. We're planing some trips to the beach and waterparks

Needless to say my house needed and are getting a good cleanup before the guests arrives, so not much scrapping lately.
